If you live in New York City, you can train with JBC in-person! We offer several one-on-one and group training Olympic Weightlifting options that cater to lifters of all levels of experience. Additionally, we offer services for general strength and conditioning, injury rehab, and CrossFit training. If you live in New York City and are interested in group training, you can join us at Northside Lifting Club or Long Island City Barbell. If you do not live in New York City but want to be a part of Joe Barbell Club, then remote training is for you! We offer several training packages specifically for Olympic Weightlifting, starting at 2 days per week. Each package includes unlimited video review and email correspondence within 48hrs. Remote training can be combined with in-person training for those that live in New York City. Joe Barbell Club offers consultation services for current and potential gym owners to grow their business. Coaches’ training in both Olympic Weightlifting (including how to start a team/club) and CrossFit, in-person class coaching, Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit programming for all levels of experience, and more. Joe Barbell Club offers Olympic Weightlifting workshops for both coaches and athletes. Gym owners can select from a set template, or you can work with us to create your own customized workshop. Kids and teens
When it comes to incorporating exercise into a child's life, keeping it FUN is the TOP priority! All of our fitness games, drills, and skills are set up to promote confidence and encourage teamwork while ensuring quality of movement. We've worked with kids and teens at schools, community centers, parks, places of worship, birthday parties, and more. All Joe Barbell Club coaches possess nationally recognized kids fitness certifications and have extensive experience working with kids and teens of all ages. Generalized Programming Templates
Generalized Programming Templates, or GPTs, are available for purchase by anyone and everyone.
